World Of Warcraft- Hunter Pets

Hunters can be very picky about the pets they choose. If you've gotten your hands on our hunters guide we give you a full run-down of the best and not-so-good choices when it comes to actual pet abilities. Now some people may very well like pets that are not as effective statistically, and that's fine. You should use what you like, but when you look at the numbers, there are simply some pets which really shine in certain areas.

Visit Best Alliance Leveling Guide AND a Horde Leveling Guide

Most hunters will use a cat. Cats are one of only two pets which get a 10% bonus to damage. Cats are also easy to feed and learn a most of the best pet skills. You can't really go wrong with a cat, especially if you are a Beast Mastery specialization hunter. A cat will do more damage than any other pet you can have - except one.

We want to put up for your consideration the Ravager. Before the Burning Crusade expansion, cats ruled DPS, but now they have a serious rival. Ravagers look cool and have the potential to do more damage than cats. Possibly the only drawback to a Ravager instead of a cat is that they don't get the prowl skill, but that may not be a big deal to you - especially on a PVE server.

Why are Ravagers at the top of the DPS pile? They get to use the really wicked ability Gore. Gore is an instant cast ability that uses 15 focus, and works a lot like claw (which we prefer over bite - check out our hunter guide for all the details). Even though Gore does similar base damage to claw, it has a 50% chance to do DOUBLE damage. When you average that out, it means that Gore will do 125 damage in the same amount of time as claw will do 100. When you stack the 50% chance at double damage with beast mastery hunter skills like frenzy for the critical hit bonuses, it can get seriously high.

Visit Best Alliance Leveling Guide AND a Horde Leveling Guide

Ravagers have a little more armor than cats, but lower health. They only eat meat and raw meat, and can learn Bite, cower, Growl, Dash, and Gore. Gore is a great skill only used by boars and ravagers. Unfortunately, for Horde players, a ravager can be a real challenge to tame before level 62 especially on PVP servers. The other problem with gore is that there are no known mobs from which to learn gore 5 or 6. So you're stuck with Gore 4 until you get to blasted lands at level 48. Also Gore 3 is only learned from the named mob Bellygrub in Redridge Mountains; and he can be a load to handle at level 24. Overall, gore is the best offensive pet skill to have, but for horde characters, you might not want to consider a ravager until you get to outlands. Even for alliance, for 20-40 levels, your main pet attack skill is going to be way off the pace. Boosting stamina through pet training is also more expensive as far as training points than boosting armor. So we normally give pets with more stamina a better score than pets with higher armor stats.

All of that being said - it could be argued that ravagers have the ability to deal more damage than any other pet in the game. If you can be a little patient and wait for one until outlands, you might consider one if you go Beast Master. To save focus and use the really wicked DPS skill, gore, teach this guy Gore, Growl and Dash. Gore is instant cast with no cooldown, so if he gets a few double damage hits in a row, it can really be a killer. We're not sure if giving up prowl is worth the added dps and extra points spent on stamina, but on PVE servers it may be a winner.

Best World of Warcraft Guides

Warcraft Millionaire is one of the most popular WoW gold guides available on the internet. It is the system that has outsold and outshone all of its competitors ten fold. Warcraft Millionaire is a gold guide written by Brad Johnson. Out of all the WoW gold guides on the market Warcraft Millionaire definitely has a twist to it. Not only has the author decided to make a guide on how he makes massive amounts of gold in WoW but he is also the first player ever to reach 1,000,000g.

Nyhm's Warcraft Guides package contains best strategies for making WoW gold, speed leveling, profession leveling and PvP. Nyhm's guides will allow you to make over 250 gold per hour, level from 1 to 80 in less then 7 days, level professions lightning fast and become a PvP master killer. Package includes In-Game MapMod, updated for World of Warcraft Wrath of The Lich King, that serves for both leveling and gold mining.

Warcraft Wealth is a new gold guide for World of Warcraft. Wayne Williams wrote it based on his experiences as a gold seller. While I already have a couple of different gold guides, I figured I might as well take a look at this one too because I'm always looking for ways to get more gold. The guide itself is well put together and is very easy to follow. There is noobie section which shows some simple and effective ways to get gold straight away.

Where can I buy BURLAP SWEATERS FOR MY CAT?

Many pet stores sell animal clothes for cats and dogs but I'm looking for a burlap or kevlar lined sweater and knit hat for my cat.

Basically, my neighborhood has a problem with airgun snipers.
They tend to fire .177 (4.5 mm ) lead airgun pellets like this one

http://www.pyramydair.com/images/BN-Laser.177.jpg

...at cats, birds and squirrels. I believe the velocity they are fired at is below 1250 Feet per second. Basically it only takes a velocity of 400 FPS to penetrate Cat Skin but, if the cat is wounded, it lingers and dies.
Voelocities upwards of 600 FPS are required to penetrate the skull of a cat in the event of a head shot, so that is why i'm looking for the kevlar lined knit cap too.

Where can I find these things?
It bothers me that my cat will be going out the house with more armor than your typical US SOLDIER.

You may have to have this stuff custom made. GET the materials and take them to a sweatshop to do it cheapest.

No Relationship Between Bonsai Kitten And Bonsai Trees. Bonsai Cats - Just Fiction

The bonsaikitten.com scandal. Raising bonsai cats is just a joke; bonsai trees are reality and an Art.

The depictions and pictures on raising bonsai cats on the website bonsaikitten.com are obviously just jokes; Nature cannot be forced to impossibilities.

Basically the articles on the website talk about little kittens put in an angular shaped glass, and after a time the kittens grow up into bonsai cats of angular shape.

The website details the technological process, illustrated with manipulated texts and pictures. All what we see there is false, just a nightmare of a sick mind.

Animal protecting organizations and people passionately protest against this website, but even FBI cannot do anything, the website still has been existing. The American student who has created it under a false name is unknown. It is to be feared that credulous people or children could try the first steps of producing bonsai kittens.

A huge number of protesting and circulars have been published in order to protect bonsai kitten and against the website. Endeavors to put a "Just a joke" notice on the bonsai kitten website proved to be unsuccessful.

In opposite of the theory of bonsai kitten producing the tradition and culture of bonsai trees reach back to more thousand years. It origins from China. Later Japanese monks took it to their homeland.

Japanese masters raised it to high artistic levels. The culture of bonsai arrived to Europe a couple of centuries ago, and is spreading with an undiminished energy. Bonsai is the art of shaping plants. The desire for representation of Nature through human eyes rise in every people who love plants and nature.

Let's keep in mind that our garden and plant culture attracts more and more people. The plants in our environment need continuous nourishing, pruning, dressing in order to avoid our garden and court to change into a jungle. Here rises the question: when we cut the grass or hedge, when we prune the fruit trees, do we feel pity for causing pains to our plants?

NO.

All these are maintaining and revitalizing operations. These make our plants denser, well-arranged and more aesthetic, pleasing. Bonsai is about forming plants so that who views them could feel a positive experience through realities, all this on an artistic level. Let's compare the reality of the bonsai trees with the unhealthy, psychopathological theory on bonsai kittens, and we'll see what is the relationship between them.

NOTHING.

Bonsai is a cared and cherished treasure for their master and owner, not like the kitten who would be forced into a glass and tormented there.

Bonsai is an expression for a noble thing, and should not been used for camouflaging a dirty and vile phantasmagoria. Bonsai is an art, while "bonsai" kitten is just an aberrated nightmare.

On Anubis, Tiki, Egyptian Cats and Pictures on papyrus?

My sister works in a company which required her to travel practically to all continents around the world. In such travels, she always bring with her some ornaments representing the different cultures of the places she visited. Her collection include a statue of Anubis, a Tiki statue from Hawaii, Egyptian cat figurines and papyrus with pictures of Horus and other ancient Egyptian gods. It may seem to be a very beautiful collection to look at, at first. But I do believe it may have implications as far as faith is concern (re: graven idols). She'd like to believe its harmless as she's into it for aesthetic reasons. I do admit the craftsmanship on the figurines are very impressive. What are your thoughts on this?

Its art, it would only be idolatry if she started worshiping them.

Picking the Best of the Cat Litter

For as long as I can remember, clay based cat litter was the standard. Clay based cat litter was always inexpensive and reasonably effective. The trick was to keep the nasty bits scooped out and change the litter at a reasonable interval. When to change the litter was fairly easy to figure out since the clay would absorb only so much urine. Several cats I have had the pleasure to own over the years were not shy about telling when they thought it was time to clean the litter box.

Prior to the introduction of clay cat litter, owners of inside cats relied on a wide variety of materials. Shredded newspaper, sand, and even plain dirt served the purpose but had some obvious drawbacks. None of these materials was very absorbent and needed to be changed often. As any owner of an inside cat will tell you, controlling the inevitable order from the cat box was difficult.

As with most product inventions and improvements, the inventor was responding to a need. The introduction of what came to be commonly known as kitty litter was not much different. Introduced in the late nineteen forties, clay based cat litter changed the way people, and cats, thought about controlling cat waste. Compared to other soil types, the composition of clay soil makes it naturally absorbent. In its natural state, clay has a very high moisture content, sometimes to the point of saturation. Now this hardly sounds like a substance that would make a great filler for the cat box.

What makes clay based cat litters work is what happens between the time the clay is collected and when it lands in the litter box. Raw clay would be dried, usually in a hot kiln. The process of kiln drying and baking is used in the production of clay pottery and the drying of milled timber. Baking the clay removes a significant amount of moisture. As water is removed from the clay, the volume shrinks and what remains is a substance that is once again capable to absorbing moisture. Its as simple as that and an entire industry sprang up around that one simple fact.

So for almost fifty years, clay based cat litter ruled the cat box. Along the way, attempts were made to add odor control ingredients, including aftermarket products. Since cat urine would turn mildly acidic over time, many folks would combine simple baking soda with the clay litter. The baking soda acted to change the Ph of the urine, neutralizing the acid and reducing odor. Other aftermarket products used combinations of various chemicals, including perfumes and odor neutralizers. These products were easy to use and were just sprinkled into the litter.

Just as we thought the science of cat litter had reached its zenith, along comes scoopable litter. It clumped, it lumped and turned the undesirable chore of cleaning the cat box into something almost bearable. Loaded with deodorizers, this unique product remained in granulated state until being used by the cat. The granules adhere to the urine and feces, encapsulating it in a clump. Using a common litter scoop, the waste is easily removed, leaving the clean litter behind.

The convenience of scoopable cat litter does come with a price. While clay based litter is relatively inexpensive, some brands of scoopable litter can be pricey. The added expense is mitigated somewhat since less scoopable litter is needed to keep the litter pan clean. Still, there are some cat owners who are concerned about the chemicals used to in the production of scoopable cat litter.

In response to some of those concerns, a market has sprung up for scoopable cat litter that uses natural enzymes to control odor. New brands of natural litter stress the low dust and absence of strong chemical deodorizers. Clay is a very rugged substance and will not break down.

Without clay as a base, producers of natural cat litter advertise their products as biodegradable and even flushable. While filling the local sewer system with used cat litter would not be my first disposal choice, it is nice to know that it will breakdown naturally.

Lifting the Paperweight: Healthcare in the Cloud

States have struggled with it. Hospitals pray their patients won’t fall over it. Software makers are grinning over it like the Cheshire Cat.

The massive rock paperweight that keeps our medical records in an ever-growing stack is fossilizing. Fast. As a result, congress, President Obama and insurance providers are shaking hands, creating partnerships and evaluating vendors to send our medical records into the cloud. Poof! Just like that…Up, up and away goes the latest results of your cholesterol test to that great big server in the sky. Paperless healthcare is supposed to create lower healthcare quotes for consumers. But will it?

“We’ve proven that paperless documentation can save costs for one of the most documented segments in the healthcare industry,” says Gerry Stone, founder of Redoc, an electronic medical records software company that specializes in documentation for physical and occupational therapists. “Believe me, if it works for Physical and Occupational rehab, it will work for the rest of healthcare.”

Stone has a point. He built his software platform from scratch 14 years ago, when electronic medical records were but just a glint in Bill Gates’ eye. Since physical and occupational rehabilitation is usually prescribed by health insurance plans to those who injure themselves on the job, Workers Compensation claims (and in the case of post-65-year-olds, repeated Medicare reimbursements) require an average of one hour of a therapists’ time filling out forms after each session. Stone has managed to reduce the hand-driven process of jotting down billing codes and treatment notes down to mere minutes by designing a simple interface of drop-down and text boxes, key shortcuts and the like. That was w-a-y before big Goliaths like Siemens, SAS and open-source companies jumped into the tepid waters of paperless healthcare.

Now that the President has essentially mandated paperless medical practices, the Cloud is gonna get a lot more crowded now. But how soon is now? Depends on who you ask. Software companies are courting their respective Congress persons and the President is waiting for the sky to open up and accept the first pile of medical paperwork. So far, there doesn’t seem to be any protocols drafted to guide how the information is documented, where and how it’s shared and who backs it up and how often. By the time the paperweight gets lifted, the ACLU and other privacy advocates will have their say on how private medical information is managed.

And what about HIPPA (Healthcare Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)? When the medical records pile shifts to the servers, we’ll probably have an even L-O-N-G-E-R paper form to read and sign at the pharmacy counter. Figures.
